Before your first visit
Do I need a consultation first?
Yes. Every new client starts with a 30-minute consultation with a physician. The AED 250 fee is credited to your first treatment.
Will I see results after one session?
Some people notice their skin feels fresher straight away, but most plans take a few sessions. Results vary and we never promise a specific outcome.
Is laser safe for darker skin tones?
We use settings chosen for your skin type and always start with a patch test. Your physician may advise a different option.
What should I avoid before a peel?
Stop retinoids and exfoliating acids about five days before, and avoid strong sun. We send a short checklist after booking.
Can I cancel or move my appointment?
Free of charge up to 24 hours before. Later changes may carry a small fee.
Do you offer treatments during pregnancy?
Only a few gentle facials. Please tell us at booking so your physician can adjust the plan.
