Three generations, one table.

Grandma Rosa opened Casa Olivo in 1978 with four tables and one paella pan. Today her grandchildren cook the same recipes, with vegetables from the Ruzafa market across the street.

We still light the fire with orange wood every morning. It's slower, and we think you can taste it.
